This company did not cut any corners and in particular its knife blade is one of the finest on the market with diagonal knife blades enclosed by a titanium-plated stainless-steel cutting disc with 115 cutting knives allowing maximum processing. Its oversize feed tube insures you will not be spending your time cutting fruits and vegetables into small pieces. In addition, the feed tube is directly over the cutter which enables you to feed large amounts of produce.
For more difficult fruits and vegetables the Breville can be cranked up to 13,000 RPM which is about three times faster than most machines. At this high speed fruits and vegetables are placed under such pressure that optimum juice extraction is achieved. For softer items like oranges and berries the machines low speed of 6,500 rpm is perfect.
